I recognised this as soon as I saw it! Someone gave me some fake cards years ago which used this art on a generation 1 pokemon card (regardless of type or evolution - so the descriptions were hilarious)

I had a Shuckle/Weepinbell, Blissey/Jolteon, Sunflora/Meowth, Pupitar/Pidgeot, Forretress/Primeape, and a Togepi/Trainer Card.
